Priority Service Agreement

Vicom's tailored Priority Service Agreements are designed to address the needs of your business and maximise the productivity of your staff and equipment.


Throughout the lifetime of test equipment ownership, you would normally have to go through countless cycles of chasing quotes, obtaining budgets, internal approvals, raising of purchase orders and the paying of invoices. All of these steps contribute to delays and increased costs. A Priority Service Agreement (PSA) enables you to cover many of your requirements in one go, hence reducing your overall workload and costs. A PSA can be structered to cover everything from repair, calibration, training and support.
