As a global supplier of probing solutions, EverBeing provides a complete range of probing hardware from A to Z. In partnership with Vicom, we are your one-stop shop for probing solutions! We have complete probe stations, as well as semi-finished parts in stock at the factory. In addition, we have one of the widest range of probing systems accessories available including probing tips, tip holders, extension cables, triaxial/RF heads/adapters, micropositioners and microscopes. As a result, as soon as a customer order is received, EverBeing can rapidly configure, assemble and ship that order to Vicom and on to you. With over 25 years experience, EverBeing and Vicom consultants cost-effectively materialize your idea. If you are unable to find the proper items from our standard product line, we will gladly tailor to your specific needs. In addition, we offer upgrades and services for existing probe stations of any brand and model.
Probing Stations
A probe station is an interface tool to measure the electrical characteristics of your microelectronic device. For example, if you are unable to see the inputs and outputs of your DUT precisely with the naked eye, a probe station is what you need to perform measurements, whether it be a wafer, glass, MEMS etc. However, the station requires a combination of a microscope and micropositioners to facilitate the experiment. When integrated, users can accurately make contact to their devices with probes and measure with electronic meters to see your results.

EB MMW PROBE STATION
Everbeing tailors each mmW probe station to significantly minimize signal losses between probe and measurement instrument by connecting waveguide and flange directly. Our special micropositioners provides the best rigidity to safely perform probe landings.
EB-6V mmW Probe Station
The EB-6V probe station is designed for all frequency extenders such as those from VDI, OML, R&S, Keysight, Anritsu. If you are using an Anritsu VNA VectorStar ME7838A4 model, or commonly Anritsu 3743A mmW Extenders and related sizes, the station of interest is the EB-6A.
C SERIES STARTER PROBE STATION
Contains fundamental features to probing. C series lets you kick off your experiments and is an entry level machine designed for ease of use while allowing you to get accurate, reliable results.

CG-196 CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT PROBE STATION
Station Overview
Everbeing controlled environment probe station allows vacuum and cryogenic probing down to 77K with liquid nitrogen or high temperature probing up to 1273K. Efficient in characterizing your devices at extreme temperatures, vacuum, specific gas, etc.
Specifications:
- Temperature 80K – 400K
- Vacuum chamber with NW25 ports
- 10 µm resolution micropositioners
- LD 50 L Dewar Liquid Nitrogen Tank
- Vacuum pump for environment of 10^-3 torr (pump can be upgraded for 10^-6)
EB CHAMBER PLUS PROBE STATION
The Chamber Plus probe station offers a sealed environment for an oxygen-free environment and double as a Faraday cage enclosure for extreme limits for probing. While the DUT is enclosed within the chamber, all probing operations such as chuck stage movement, micropositioning, are still readily available. With this product you can achieve the following into your test:
- Temperature range within -60˚C to 400˚C (Optional 500˚C from RT)
- Low leakage currents down to 20 fA
- RF probing up to 67 GHz or higher depending on VNA
